Margarita Machine Recipe ~ Peach Bellinis
1 bottle (½ gal) – Peach Bellini concentrate
2.5 gal – water
3.75 L – Champagne (5 standard bottles)
1 L – Rum
½ L – Peach Schnapps
combine all ingredients in a 5-gallon mixing container, stir or shake vigorously, and carefully pour into margarita or slush machine; vent mixing container after shaking a few times to allow gas from champagne to escape
Makes 70 8-ounce drinks with alcohol mixed in, or 48 non-alcoholic Peach slushies
